Role Summary
We are looking for an extremely organized, high-caliber and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer (“CPO”). This role is primarily focused on executive support — managing the CPO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, planning Product Leadership Team offsites, and assisting Senior Product Leaders with light administrative tasks.
In addition to core administrative responsibilities in support of our CPO, you will report into our Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations to provide operational support to the Product organization, such as : work with Product Organization Contract Owners to manage procurement renewals, manage a back‑log of weekly newsletter article topics, support department and leadership meetings as needed, and assist our Product Operations team with ad‑hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized team player who thrives in collaborative and fast‑paced environments, takes pride in supporting others, and brings clarity to complexity. We expect this role to be onsite in Chicago as much as possible.
What You’ll Do
- Chief Product Officer - Executive Support (70% of your time)
- Own the CPO’s calendar : schedule, coordinate across time zones, resolve meeting attendance conflicts, and use discretion around meeting prioritization
- Coordinate travel (domestic & international) : accommodations, itineraries, and timely expense submissions for the CPO and Senior Product Leaders
- Manage logistics for hybrid and in‑person meetings (e.g., book rooms, tech setup, participant alignment, catering coordination, etc.)
- Support preparation for meetings, briefings, or speaking engagements as needed
- Product Department - Operational Support (30% of your time)
- Manage quarterly offsite logistics and key in‑person gatherings for Product team
- Provide light administrative assistance (e.g., travel booking) to Senior Product Leaders
- Support Product Contract Owners during the procurement process
- Help prepare our Product Team for Relativity Fest Conferences
- Manage weekly newsletter operations
- Product launch process administrative assistance (e.g., SLA and compliance oversight, product release artifact management, internal release meeting support)
- Triage inbound internal tickets for product team support / questions (as needed)

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $82,000 and $124,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
