We are seeking a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to enhance our healthcare team of innovated leaders.

Compensation : Competitive salary and benefits. CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, generous time paid off, employer contributions to retirement plans, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
Job Summary : Full-time 1.0 FTE, 32-36 hours of clinical patient care per week, with attendant administrative time and tasks.
Qualification / Education / Requirements :
- Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA License
- 2 or more years of experience, preferably in rural community medicine
