• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate project execution.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules while managing resources effectively.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate blueprint reading and interpretation for effective project execution.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site.
