Join our dynamic team as a Product Merchandising Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are presented beautifully in stores, enhancing customer experience and driving sales. Your main duties will include stocking shelves, maintaining product rotation, and setting up eye-catching displays in various accounts, especially in high-volume grocery stores. This position is physically demanding, requiring you to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing between 20-45 pounds, as well as bend, reach, and squat. Enjoy a consistent work schedule with the potential for flexibility as you gain experience!

Primary Responsibilities :

• Display and merchandise shelves, displays, and coolers with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the storage area and on the sales floor
• Efficiently transport products from the backroom to the sales floor
• Utilize equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks for product movement
• Set up promotional materials such as signs and banners in stores
• Keep the backroom organized and tidy
• Effectively communicate store-related issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Foster and build customer relationships at the store level
• Adhere to company operating procedures (e.g., scan-in / scan-out, following designated routes)
• Service accounts during designated times set by management
• Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and attentiveness to customer needs
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Utilize hand-held devices for order writing and input
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
