- We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the NAMER Customer Marketing Team. In this role, you will support strategic marketing initiatives for LinkedIn’s Ads business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across our owned and 3P events and customer lifecycle programs. This position requires an understanding of customer needs and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in addition to working with sales leaders in a fast-paced environment where creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail is key.
- Location : NYC NY or San Francisco, CA
- Work Schedule : Full Time, Hybrid (1+ Onsite days)
Responsibilities :
Partner with marketing leads across Global Customer Marketing and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to design and execute full-funnel customer marketing programs.Monitor and follow up with sales or marketing counterparts to ensure completion of tasksLead project management for customer marketing campaigns and programs, including defining goals, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.Develop and manage customer communications across relevant channels (email, webinars, content, etc.) to drive engagement and deliver value at key lifecycle moments.Develop and manage customer communications across channels (email, webinars, content, etc.) to drive engagement and deliver value at key lifecycle moments.Support the execution of customer touchpoints, including virtual and in-person engagements, as part of broader relationship-building and educational efforts.Basic Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or event marketingPreferred Qualifications :
Excellent project management and organizational skillsStrong time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a teamExceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to establish credibility with internal stakeholders and customersA track record of collaborating with other teams to define and execute multi-channel marketing programs on tight deadlinesUnderstanding of event planning tools such as SplashSelf-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleevesExperience in the Media / Advertising industryExperience working with cross-functional teams to successfully execute new program initiatives and develop partnershipsSuggested Skills :
