Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles or 6 with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying client’s challenges to define customer and product strategy, and enable long-term opportunities.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in video solutions, including knowledge of the engaged landscape.
  • Ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales team.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted video advisor by developing strong agency and customer relationships to better understand how decisions are made to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the Industry Director and vertical promoters to provide business, and drive support through industry / business knowledge, product expertise and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Develop annual video strategy, gain agreement across stakeholders, and collaborate to execute projects of key video plays and communications to ensure consistent deployment at scale.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and product based on business rationale, advertiser needs and business opportunities for the sector.
  • Represent product gaps and opportunities to Video Product Specialists and GTM to accelerate business opportunity.

    Note : The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location and may vary by location and factors such as experience and education.
