Summary :
The Senior NEPA Project Manager to provide technical advisory and assistance support. Position also provides support to government staff and management of Environmental Impact Analysis (EIAP) projects including Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) from programming and validation through funding, execution via contracts, and completion of decision documents.
This employee will work with a team of environmental scientists and engineers to provide Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) support.
The position will support AF and Space Force installations located worldwide, but will primarily support bases located in US states and territories.
- Role : Provide technical advisory and assistance to AFCEC / CIE, managing EIAP projects including EISs and EAs.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with environmental experts for U.S. Bases
- Experience : 10+ years in NEPA management and related regulatory compliance.
- Education : Master’s in Natural Resources, Environmental Management, or similar fields.
- Skills : Project management, technical presentations, regulatory agency interaction, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Technical Expertise : Conduct evaluations, policy analysis, technical writing, and stakeholder consultations.
- Project Management : Oversee technical work, client deliverables, and mentor junior staff.
