A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to ensure a successful client experience through collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage relationships with multiple clients

Identify upsell opportunities and provide high-quality customer service by resolving issues efficiently

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

4+ years of client / account management or related experience

General understanding of project management procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
