Responsibilities
Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operationsResponsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the officeProactively recommend improvements to increase sales performanceLiaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiencyMonitor sales orders and supplier relationsCompile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departmentsAttending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractorsKeep updated on industry trends and consumer marketQualifications
Experience in a business work environment preferredKnowledge of the industry and market trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong business acumenProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAn eye for attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and informationAbility to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every dayWe are looking forward to reading your application.
