Store Manager

We are looking for results driven retail store managers to be responsible for the overall store management. Our Store Manager plays a vital role in restaurant operations by recruiting and training the staff as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining corporate standards while coaching and leading Shift Leaders and Crew members.

Responsibilities :

• Hire and manage the staff of 25-30 people. Assist employees in the management and operation of the fast food retail store.
• Provide exceptional customer care and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain inventory, purchase and procurement of products and supplies.
• Effect significant expense reduction through manpower and operational cost and control processes.
• Utilize customer service and public relation skills to develop successful business.
• Provide all employees with necessary training and development to achieve personal and organization goals.
• Consistently create a competitive and team environment that fosters excitement and loyalty.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Dunkin' brand standards and systems are executed
