Responsibilities :
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Organize and maintain files and records in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with data cleanup and validation projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
