Patient Service Specialist
Job Summary
The Patient Service Specialist assists patients with incoming calls regarding question on their statement or billing. Sets up mutually agreed payment plans, takes payment over the phone or in person. Assists with processing Legacy Applications (Financial Assistance) and attorney billing requests, per Shannon’s policies.
