Key Responsibilities
Interact with health plan members via phone to assess eligibility for services
Achieve departmental goals and adhere to call handling and quality standards
Complete required training and follow up with members as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience in a goal-oriented work environment
1+ years of experience in a call center or managing high call volume
Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate new systems
