Mid-Level Finance Project Manager

We're seeking a mid-level Finance Project Manager with a strong cross-functional mindset and a specific focus in finance. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments and can support complex audit and financial system initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the accounting department's audit lead in managing a large-scale PCAOB audit project.
• Coordinate across multiple functions and external audit providers / consultants to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Maintain and monitor project timelines, governance mechanisms, and stakeholder inputs.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring all parties have the resources and information needed.
• Potentially assist with financial system projects, championing finance stakeholder needs while IT leads the technical implementation.

This role pays between $75-85 per hour.
