A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist I - Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level support to users via multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate defects while keeping clients informed throughout the process
Maintain and contribute to internal knowledge bases and provide training to clients on system capabilities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles supporting EMR or Practice Management SaaS products
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow
Knowledge of medical terminology and industry experience, particularly in substance abuse treatment, is a plus
Specialized computer skills and proficiency in various applications are required
