Overview :
A leading General Contractor specializing in healthcare and higher education construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced projects throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellence on every project.
Key Objectives :
Manage projects of varying size, including those regulated by OSHPD and local jurisdictions.
Optimize project efficiency, safety, quality, and performance.
Utilize project controls to meet milestones and budget targets.
Responsibilities :
Lead project teams with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Drive project progress through strong planning, time management, and resource allocation.
Foster team collaboration and support development through mentorship and training.
Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and documentation with precision.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor and adjust performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
Engage in field coordination and job site visits as needed.
Ensure quality standards and compliance, especially in healthcare settings.
Support project engineers and field staff in delivering project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Demonstrated experience in design-build projects.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Structural Engineering, and 6–10 years of OSHPD experience

10–15 years of OSHPD or hospital facilities experience without a degree.
