Life Enrichment Supervisor – Bronx, NY

Job Type : FTE / Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and creative Life Enrichment Supervisor to join our Independent Living community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing residents' quality of life through engaging programs and activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and social connection.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and implement on-site and off-site activities, events, and programs.
• Develop and distribute monthly activity calendars and daily schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate volunteers and outside consultants.
• Maintain attendance records and evaluate program participation.
• Manage the annual activities budget and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Encourage resident involvement and promote a vibrant community culture.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $60,000 – $65,000 annually
