Role : Construction Project Manager

Location : Austin, TX

Compensation : $130,000 + Health Insurance Benefits + 401(k)

Our client, a leading commercial general contractor in Austin, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects, including ground-up development, build-outs, and institutional work. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects and make a significant impact in Austin’s thriving construction market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion, including ground-up, interior build-outs, institutional / higher-education, and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design / engineering teams, and internal staff to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, manage budgets, and oversee change orders and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects / engineers, and internal stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
