Responsibilities :

• Keep assigned area clean and well stocked, working with the bartender to provide fast and accurate bar services.
• Prepare mixes and garnishes, ensure proper rotation of liquor, beer, wine, and consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar top and back bar, manage trash, and assist with loading / unloading supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, complete requisitions, and report shortages.
• Provide guests with menu, pricing, and allergen information; recognize and cultivate regular guests.
• Respond to guest concerns, monitor guest intoxication, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Complete opening, closing, and nightly duties; report equipment failures or safety hazards.
• Move furniture and equipment as directed; comply with safety, health, and liquor laws.

Qualifications & Skills :

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements :

Work indoors / outdoors, exposed to varying conditions; fast-paced environment; shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to walk, stand, lift, and reach as described.
