Description :

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Kanab, Utah. The ideal candidate is a PT who is licensed in Nevada or Utah and is interested in relocating to beautiful Southern Utah.

• $20,000 relocation bonus
• Competitive annual income of $75,000-$100,000

Physical Therapist Daily Responsibilities Include :

Working collaboratively with nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12 patients per day;

from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain.

• Performing evaluations and standard appointments
• Designing a Plan of Care for each individual patient that will progress them in an appropriate manner

Physical Therapist Pay Range : $75,000 - $80,000 annual equivalent or a self-directed option that uses revenue sharing with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$100,000.

• $20,000 relocation bonus
• You will also receive $1,500-$2,000 in continuing education
• Up to $5,250 / year student loan repayment
• Bonuses for board certification and clinical excellence.

Physical Therapist Hours & Benefits :

• This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week position

Requirements :

• Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day on average
• Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
• A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
