Manager Needed for High Volume Restaurant in Chicago!

$65-$75k + Bonus & Benefits!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Located in the United States, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food management.
  • Utilize Aloha POS system for effective order management and cash handling.
  • Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food management practices and inventory control.
  • Excellent training development skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike.
  • Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately.
