Salary : $55 - $60

Our practice provides mental health services to adolescents, adults, and couples. We are looking to add one LPC clinician to our staff.

Requirements

• Recently or soon to be graduated with a Masters degree in counseling or related field
• Licensed in the state of Illinois as LPC or eligible
• Experience or interest in working with individuals across the lifespan and couples
• Diversity affirming
• Trauma-informed clinical work interest
• Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines
• Dynamic, ethical, collaborative, self-starter, organized, and professional
• Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and work autonomously
• Ability to work 25 to 30 hours per week
• Willing to supervise and be available to supervisees
• Bilingual or Multilingual (Preferred)
• Eager to grow with practice in leadership role
• Personal secure computer with secure and reliable home internet
• Home location in Chicago, IL
