Our tax team provides planning and tax compliance services for domestically and internationally based clients in diverse industries.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS of the TAX SENIOR ROLE : Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporationsPrepare tax adjustments to financial statements to prepare returnsResearch and stay up to date on tax issues and legislationEnsure compliance with appropriate state, federal and international tax jurisdictionsParticipate in tax planning and researchInitiate and develop relationships with appropriate levels of clients management teamMaintain active communication with senior leadership to manage expectations, ensure client satisfaction and meet all deadlinesPOSITION REQUIREMENTS of the TAX SENIOR ROLE : Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation; Masters degree in taxation is a plus3.3 GPA or higherCPA License or eligibility to take CPA exam preferredExperience using tax preparation software and applications.Excellent analytical and technical skillsGreat communicator with the ability to convey both analysis and findings to management and external clients (verbal and written)Ability to work in cross-functional, entrepreneurial atmosphere to achieve measurable results and improve existing processes.Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time.Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide superior client serviceA team player with strong relationship skills4+ years of tax experienceBENEFITS : 401kHealth InsuranceDentalVisionPaid Time OffWellness PlanBonusPowered by JazzHRPI984697e1dfab-29952-33139183 #True
