We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to round out our rock-star staff. Are you someone who can deliver an exceptional customer experience and perform at a high level in terms of sales and profitability?
Each location has a revenue potential of over $1.5M / year. We have 8+ bays and excellent technicians who get the job done right and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through all phases of the steps of service
- Ensure company operating procedures are followed
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including profitability, car count, and ARO
- Following through on commitments to our customers and ensuring that all work is completed on time and done right the first time.
Qualifications
- Automotive Service Writing experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with various POS and automotive software applications
- Ability to lead and motivate the technicians to reach or exceed their goals
