We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple projects, brands, and industries worldwide. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns are not only well-designed but also deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing diverse marketing campaigns, aligning strategies with company objectives, and driving consistent growth. Experience in the dating or social connection sector is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business objectives and adapt them across different brands and industries.
• Campaign Management : Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Market Insight : Conduct research to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies to evolving market conditions.
• Collaboration : Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, sales, external partners) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize results.
• Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating best practices and emerging toolsespecially AI-driven marketing technologiesinto strategies.
