Senior Accounts Payable Admin – Design-Build Contractor | High-Volume Contract (Baltimore)

A large, regional design-build contractor headquartered in Baltimore is in urgent need of an Accounts Payable professional to support a busy accounting department. This contract role is ideal for someone with construction / AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Process hundreds of invoices weekly across multi-phase construction projects
• Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and subcontract billings
• Reconcile payments and maintain vendor files
• Assist with job cost accounting reports
