Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute remote usability studies, including unmoderated and moderated sessions

Analyze and synthesize data into comprehensive reports and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology

Minimum 2+ years of UX research experience or equivalent combination of experience

Experience conducting in-depth qualitative interviews and managing complex projects

Proficiency in qualitative research methods, insight synthesis, and survey design

Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
