Title : Salesforce HealthCloud Lead

The preferred candidate MUST have experience and knowledge of :
- Must have Salesforce.com Health and / or Service Cloud administration experience including technical integrations with other third-party systems to support patient service needs
- Healthcare ecosystem specific to patients and their healthcare journey
- How patient CRM technologies can support Life Sciences companies ability to provide patient value as it relates to interacting with patients, providers, payers and other third-parties entities
- Leverage technologies to store, analyze and act on patient data and / or metadata
- Processes around onboarding and servicing patients
The preferred candidate should have experience or knowledge of :
Strongly prefer Life Sciences industry experience as a technical administrator of Salesforce Health Cloud to support Patient Support ProgramsExperience in the necessary data models to help unlock data from legacy systems of record and EHRs (Electronic Health Registries)Understand how Salesforce Health Cloud provides healthcare professionals the tools they need to collaborate more efficientlyKnowledge on how to enable Care Coordinators to understand patients more holistically, and build 1-to-1 relationships across patients' journeys
