Supervisory Financial Analyst
Summary
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Information Systems Division, Finance and Administration Section, Financial Management Unit.
This position(s) primary purpose is to provide authoritative advice to the Section Chief for financial laws and policy, resource allocation, contracting requirements, and the multi-year budget process including formulation and program execution.

As a your typical work assignments may include :
- Advising and providing counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- Selecting or recommending selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignments in consideration of skills, qualifications, and mission requirements.
- Managing process improvements and maintaining liaison roles with senior management partners.
- Presenting detailed and comprehensive reports.
- Assesses and revises policies and procedures to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Serving as an agency expert on budgetary and financial management issues and activities.
- All budgetary and financial management matters.
