Job description
Supporting the day-to-day experience of clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Associate will manage onboarding, client engagement, and product feedback while driving user adoption and ensuring account health. Key responsibilities Schedule and conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions for new users to integrate AlphaSense into their workflows Engage with low activity or dormant users through outreach efforts to drive adoption and uncover blockers Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver tailored training and maintain account health Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in high-volume outreach or user support Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms to a diverse range of users Strong rapport-building skills and a clear communication style Motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Energetic and eager to learn new workflows and industry use cases on the job
