Ranch Heights Veterinary is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist / CSR to join our team in our recently opened, family-owned veterinary hospital. We are located in Costa Mesa in the beautiful Ranch at Newport Bay shopping center. The Receptionist / CSR team will greet and assist clients and patients; work as a team with doctors, room assistants, and technicians; and help Ranch Heights Veterinary in our mission to "Reach New Heights in Veterinary Care".

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients and provide superior customer service at all times. This person has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He / she has an understanding of administrative and clerical procedures / systems, up-to-date knowledge of veterinary procedures and services, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Previous experience in the veterinary field is required for this position, and knowledge of ezyVet software is a plus.

Major Goals :

• To be effective, polite, compassionate and helpful to all clients, at all times and under all circumstances.
• To keep the clinic organized to ensure a smooth and efficient hospital flow.
• To maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of preventative medications, standard veterinary procedures, basic diagnostic services, and vaccinations.
