The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to coordinate our clients partner ecosystem and drive operational excellence across our Voice AI platform. You'll manage cross-functional communications, partner deliverables, and operational processes while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This role offers broad autonomy and the opportunity to shape how our client scales their partner operations.
What You'll Do
Manage customer-to-partner matching, collect and distribute project updates and reports, send follow-up reminders to keep initiatives on track, and coordinate complex meetings across stakeholders
Deliver and implement new processes and agreements, ensure team and partner adoption, monitor contractor contracts and timesheets, and drive cross-functional alignment
Collect and organize success stories and feature requests, facilitate case study creation, coordinate partner meetups and surveys, and maintain competitive intelligence documentation
Ensure proper setup and continuous functioning of operational tools (Intercom, Pandadoc, Gohighlevel), research and update marketplace listings, and optimize systems for efficiency
What You Bring
2+ years in operations, project coordination or partnership management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with project management and CRM tools
Experience with B2B SaaS operations or partner ecosystem management
Experience monitoring contracts and timesheets
Capability to deliver and implement new processes and agreements across teams
Relevant certifications are a plus
