Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Florham Park, New Jersey. This position offers flexible hours, working three days a week. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial operations and demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to support essential accounting tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with statements.
• Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of general ledger entries.
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing and reviewing financial reports.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update accounting records.
• Apply intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze financial data.
• Oversee administrative duties and assist with office management tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial workflows.
