Base pay range

$50,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, sending and paying invoices and utilizing accounting software.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
• Bookkeeping and Property Management (Yardi / Appfolio) Software skills
• Experience in finance and financial management
• Experience in CAM billing & reconciliation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
