Customer Success Manager

Owning customer relationships in a remote capacity, the full-time Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing client onboarding, coordinating project execution, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction within a rapidly growing cybersecurity firm. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed service customers, focusing on retention and customer experience Manage the execution of onboarding and technical projects, ensuring internal teams stay on task and meet deadlines Conduct structured quarterly business reviews to track KPIs and communicate outcomes, progress, and risks to customers Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a tech-focused environment, preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) Deep knowledge of IT systems and platforms Experience providing end-user technical support Relevant certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, AZ-900, CISM, or CCNA
