Job description
Seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to work remotely and drive sales pipeline growth in public safety and child advocacy markets by prospecting decision-makers, qualifying leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Prospect and engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and events while qualifying inbound leads for Account Executives Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, optimizing workflows and reporting for pipeline visibility Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective opportunity handoffs and contribute insights to the go-to-market strategy Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Familiarity with HubSpot or ability to quickly learn CRM systems Strong drive with a competitive mindset and a desire for long-term growth in sales Experience with outbound prospecting and B2B SaaS environments is preferred Interest in public safety, govtech, or child advocacy sectors
