As the Addison Inside Sales Director , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Inside Sales Plumbing / PVF / HVAC / R team into a true strategic growth engine while also managing day-to-day operations. This highly visible role offers direct access to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence company-wide strategy. Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the commercial PVF industry are required.
