We are seeking a General Handyman to join our dynamic team at Secure Home Field Services LLC .
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in property preservation or a similar role Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, window and door installation, lock changes, grass cutting, flooring, and other property-related work.
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform the Job according to the Job Scope.
- Follow the vendor manager's instructions strictly and keep them updated about your work while you are at the site.
