We are seeking a motivated Client Experience Planning
Specialist to help clients organize smooth, well-planned trips. In
this role, you will focus on research, coordination, and delivering
clear, accurate information to ensure clients feel supported every
step of the way. Youll work directly with clients to understand
their needs, then assist with bookings, documentation, and
itinerary preparation. This position is ideal for someone who
enjoys structure, communication, and delivering consistent service.
Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to gather preferences and
requirements Research lodging, transportation, and experience
options Coordinate and confirm bookings Prepare itineraries and
