Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional service by addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns.
Policy Maintenance : Assist clients in understanding their policy coverage, modifications, and updates.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, decisions, and account changes.
Support Sales : Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Conflict Resolution : Handle complaints and complex questions with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the insurance products and services offered to provide reliable information to clients. Knowledge of Florida Home Insurance Market Highly preferred,

Requirements

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients.
Customer Focus : A passion for providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues efficiently.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to address customer inquiries and issues accurately.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred.
Detail-Oriented : A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions.
Strong computer skills using standard every-day Microsoft Office products is a must.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required, additional qualifications in insurance (minimum of a 4-40).
