Product Owner

Guiding product priorities for a mission-critical application modernization program, the full-time Product Owner will manage the product backlog, engage stakeholders, and ensure Agile development aligns with customer needs in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog across customer-gated phases, ensuring alignment with program objectives Define acceptance criteria for user stories and phase-exit deliverables Lead user engagement to gather feedback and translate findings into prioritized backlog items Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis supporting enterprise web applications Experience in Agile software development delivering solutions to federal government customers Demonstrated experience conducting usability sessions and translating findings into product enhancements U.S. citizenship required; eligibility for DoW security clearance Active Secret security clearance is strongly preferred
