Key Responsibilities
Process daily customer orders in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently metProvide customer service via email and mobile applications, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptlyAccurately enter, update, and manage order-related data in the company system, ensuring processing is completed within required lead timesCollaborate with team members at the South Korea headquarters to support aligned operationsAnalyze SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data to identify sales trends, pricing patterns, top-selling products, and new product launchesUse shipping software and customer portals to track, verify, and manage order and shipment detailsCommunicate daily with warehouse staff regarding carriers, pickups, shipment schedules, and order status updatesMonitor and manage website content, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levelsOversee back-order fulfillment and ensure inventory availabilitySupport operations for offline retail stores by coordinating product deliveries, logistics scheduling, and inventory managementMaintain smooth communication with offline store teams to optimize store operations and supply chain flowPerform additional duties as assigned by the managerQualifications
Strong knowledge and passion for beauty and skincare brandsBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to conduct market research and identify current market trendsEffective problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer tools(e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesBackground check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable lawsPreferred Qualifications
Korean / English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.Compensation
