HR Operations Partner (HYBRID)

The HR Operations Partner (HYBRID) will be responsible for operational performance (service, productivity and quality) and delivering day-to-day customer service to all associates and leaders by responding to complex incoming requests regarding Benefits, HR, Payroll, and company policy / procedures inquiries. Additionally, this position will administer complex end-to-end Benefits & HR transactional activities and engage in continuous improvement of the team. This hybrid role will be based out of our BedQuarters location in Houston, with on-site presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remote flexibility on the remaining weekdays.
Essential Responsibilities
- Review and respond to complex and / or escalated HR related inquiries and resolve issues timely and consistently while providing exceptional customer service satisfaction; investigate and resolve issues independently.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines providing recommendations and resolutions to associates and managers.
- Perform complex transactions related to one or more HR specialties with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to written procedures.
- Determine and addresses any unstated needs and recognizes when further escalation of a situation is necessary.
- Conduct regular data audits and analysis to identify potential compliance and data integrity issues or opportunities to improve the data integrity of the system.
- Creates and follows Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows. Participates and contributes to the proactive review and implementation of process improvements.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations.

Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, related field and / or equivalent experience preferred.Professional Experience
5+ Years Human Resources and / or Compliance required.3+ Years Benefits Experience preferred.Skills List

depending on qualifications and experience.
