Responsibilities

The Private Banking Support Specialist partners with assigned Private Bankers to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience. It requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job-experience to perform a range of tasks. This role provides support for the sales process, all private banking deposits and lending products, the facilitation of all account servicing and maintenance, and provides tracking and reporting for private banking market teams. Client retention and the consistent delivery of the Private Banking client experience are critical to this role along with a broad perspective to address problems, spot new but less obvious solutions and identify key issues and patterns from partial / conflicting data. This role is completed with a limited degree of supervision and Private Banking Support Specialist is likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Salary Range : $18.25 / hr. - $29.75 / hr. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

Organizational and Administrative Support

• Provides organizational and administrative support to the Private Banking group including maintenance of client files and records; completing all required BSA high risk reporting; preparing client mailings; engagement with internal departments to effectively manage the client relationship.
• Responsible for the opening and onboarding of new consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Reviewing and monitoring maturing loan and time deposit accounts.
• Assisting in annual client eligibility reviews.
• Acts as secondary point of contact for clients.
• Assist with the loan process. This may include interaction with credit underwriting and CPU, tracking of loan progress updates, and loan closings.
