Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Skilled Production Fabricator for a position in Sterling Heights, MI! This position is paying $22-25 / hour and begins right away.
Duties :
Check measurements and dimensions of each job by utilizing measurement tools
Mark spots to use tools to manipulate steel by cutting, hammering, bending or grinding
Review blueprints, drawings and other specification papers to ensure accuracy
Accurately set-up and safely operate metal looms, brake presses, shear presses, and welders
Accurately report counts and time worked on various production batch runs
Make templates for common work tasks
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
Requirements :
- Possess strong basic math skills.
- Ability to use measuring tools. (Tape measure and caliper at minimum)
- Read and comprehend blueprints and sketches.
- High School Graduate or GED
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in loud manufacturing environment
