About the Role
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own and scale our creative output. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing—developing short-form, ads-focused content that drives growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative strategy for TikTok, Meta, and emerging paid channels.
- Build and manage a high-volume creative pipeline (~80 ads and 40 videos weekly).
- Oversee collaboration with creators and editors to deliver compelling, on-brand assets.
- Develop briefs, manage production timelines, and ensure output aligns with campaign objectives.
- Partner with growth and media teams to test, analyze, and iterate creative for performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of creative performance to refine messaging, hooks, and formats.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy (DTC brand or agency).Proven experience building and optimizing ad production processes at scale.Strong expertise in short-form content tailored to TikTok and Meta platforms.Hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid social campaigns.Experience managing relationships with DTC content creators.Ability to translate data into creative decisions and optimize content for performance.Resourceful, collaborative, and motivated to build long-term within a lean, high-growth team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
