Urology Office is looking for a motivated, professional, and friendly individuals to work our Front Office (check-in / out) in our Phoenix (Ahwatukee) and Gilbert offices. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet all Patients and Guests
• Check patients out at check-out
• Assist with patient check-in as needed
• Collect co-pays and daily costs, outstanding balances
• Keep records of patients picking up scripts, records, etc.
• Organize patient charts and encounters for next day
• Keep patient lobby neat and organized
• Make reminder calls for appointments
• Support the Check-Out Desk
• Any other duties as assigned
