Mission

As an Art Director , you’ll play a key role in driving the game’s artistic vision, strategy, and execution . You will report directly to the GM and partner closely with the DoP, Design Director, and Head of Art, Homa to ensure a consistent, world-class aesthetic is applied across all assets, marketing, and brand touchpoints, and contribute to shaping how Homa grows from here. Your main responsibilities will include :

Vision and Strategy

• Define, champion, and govern the game's artistic vision.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a consistent, world-class aesthetic across all touchpoints.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Art Style Guide to empower internal and external teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to push the game's visual quality and ensure it stands out in the market.
