HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Apple Valley, California.

Title : CT Tech

Location : Apple Valley, CA 92307

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day / Night 3x12-Hour (06 : 00–18 : 30 / 17 : 00–05 : 30)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal scans using GE and Toshiba 64-slice scanners.
  • Conduct contrast and non-contrast studies, including vascular and coronary CTA, brain perfusion, and biopsy procedures.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media following safety and radiation protocols.
  • Operate and maintain CT and PACS equipment ensuring image quality and accurate documentation.
  • Support a high-volume Emergency Department and outpatient imaging workflow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Adhere to infection control, isolation precautions, and hospital safety standards.
  • Participate in self-scheduling based on unit needs; flexibility with shift times required.

    • Required Information :

  • Experience : Minimum 1–2 years of CT experience; community hospital experience required.
  • Certifications : ARRT (R) and / or ARRT (CT), CA CRT, BLS required.
  • Licensure : Active California CRT license Required.
  • System : Epic charting experience preferred.
  • Schedule : Must be open to all shift times; self-schedule based on seniority.
  • Patient Population : Adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
