The Director of Sales is responsible for driving the growth and market adoption of our next-generation E-Commerce Health Suitean integrated marketplace designed to help members maximize their benefit dollars across categories like OTC, Nutrition, Meals, Vision, Hearing, and Wellness. The E-Commerce Health Suite goes beyond traditional FSA or HSA administration by enabling TPAs and health partners to offer a fully branded, digital shopping experience. This platform not only enhances member engagement but also increases eligible card spend while promoting healthier outcomes for participants. This role will focus on expanding strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and positioning the platform as a transformative solution within the health benefits space.

Responsibilities :

• Build and manage a national sales pipeline of TPAs, benefit administrators, and strategic channel partners.
• Develop account strategies to drive adoption of our E-Commerce Health Suite and expand utilization among existing clients.

Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market materials.
